Here is my story-
I was recently vacationing in North Carolina and lost my purse including my car keys. I flew out of the Grand Rapids airport and my vehicle was parked in the parking garage.
I contacted Pat at 6:30am on a Sunday and explained my situation (with many sobs and tears).
She calmed me down, explained what information she needed. She took down all my flight info and when I would arrive at the airport.
Later that day, I was met with open arms and a big hug and most importantly a key to my Suburban.
Thank you again for saving me and getting me back home to Traverse City.
